This book, written in Persian (Farsi), dives into one of the biggest challenges in today’s Iranian organizations: the generation gap at work.
Drawing from my lived experiences, observations, and countless conversations across different communities, I wanted to explore the tensions and opportunities that arise when traditional structures meet new digital-first mindsets.
It’s a reflection of real stories, real challenges, and practical solutions for bridging divides, reducing conflicts, and turning generational differences into strengths.
For me, this project has always been about a personal concern: how we can better understand each other across generations and create.
